We can then look at the emotions being communicated at the time of completion of the questionnaire, such as stress levels, uncertainty of his/her role, insecurity, frustration, pressure to change etc. It is designed to provide information about individuals; their behavioural style, strengths, development areas, skills, opinions, perceptions & expectations.”
