Now, you need a coach. Not any coach but the right coach that understands your language and makes you feel free from judgment, empowered by the conversation and generally ready to take on the world.
How do you find this coach? Google? Natural Therapy Pages? Women’s Network? You start your search and you find there are thousands of coaches; one smiling picture after another. It is confusing and overwhelming; that excitement of anticipation wavering knowing that there is no quick answers to this. You sigh... which one?

- How many hours have they coached?

- Do their values align with yours?
